The Central Luzon District once again stepped into fellowship and fitness with the 2nd Wednesday Workers’ Walk, held on October 1, 2025 and graciously hosted by Bonboneg UMC, also known as Jesus Himala UMC.

This month’s route stretched about 5 kilometers, starting from Bonboneg UMC and moving through San Carlos, onward to Nagmisahan in Paniqui, Tarlac, before looping back to the host church. It was more than just a walk—it was a journey of faith, laughter, and camaraderie.

The program, held every first Wednesday of the month, is designed to help enrich church workers not only spiritually but also physically. Staying active and healthy is a way to sustain long-term ministry, and the fellowship walk offers both exercise and encouragement.

After the refreshing walk, the host church prepared a sumptuous serving of arroz caldo and boiled bananas. The simple yet hearty meal was shared with joy, turning the fellowship hall into a space filled with laughter, storytelling, and mutual encouragement.

The scenic view along the way—with its open skies, peaceful roads, and refreshing surroundings—provided more than physical relief. It offered a sense of calm and renewal for the mind and spirit.
