The United Methodist Church Tel Aviv continues to demonstrate its strong commitment to ministry formation and leadership development. On November 20, 2025, at 2:30 a.m. Philippine time, the congregation successfully completed the 2nd Session of the Lay Servant Ministries (LSM) Basic Course, attended by 39 members who have shown remarkable dedication to strengthening their service to the church.

The session was facilitated by District Superintendent Rev. Augusto S. Rosario Jr., who diligently and expertly conducted the class despite the significant time difference. His willingness to wake up at 2:30 a.m. to meet the participants online reflects not only his commitment to the ministry, but also his unwavering support for the spiritual growth of UMC communities abroad.
UMC Tel Aviv remains intentional in equipping its members for discipleship and evangelism, ensuring that every believer is empowered to serve with knowledge, conviction, and purpose. This successful training marks another milestone in their ongoing journey of faith, leadership, and mission.
