January 25, 2026 | Pistang Kristiyano was joyfully celebrated by the Central Luzon local churches as part of the 20th Founding Anniversary of the District—a milestone marked not just by numbers, but by faith, fellowship, and gratitude to God.
The celebration centered on a meaningful Worship Service with the theme “Me and My Household: Serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:15). Drawing from Joshua’s bold declaration, the theme challenged families and congregations alike to renew their commitment to faithful obedience. It was a timely reminder that serving the Lord is not only a personal decision but a shared household calling—one that shapes generations.
Following the worship, the spirit of fellowship overflowed into a sumptuous lunch lovingly prepared and served by the local churches. The tables became spaces of laughter, storytelling, and strengthened relationships—true expressions of Christian community.
The festive atmosphere continued with games and a Bible quiz, blending joy with learning and reinforcing the importance of Scripture in everyday life. In a beautiful gesture of inclusivity and celebration, some churches also took the opportunity to celebrate everyone’s birthday, affirming that each life in the community is a gift worth honoring.
More than a one-day event, Pistang Kristiyano marks the beginning of a life-giving church tradition—one that intentionally celebrates God’s loving-kindness, faithfulness, and sustaining grace. It reflects a church that knows how to worship deeply, celebrate joyfully, and journey together faithfully.
As the Central Luzon District steps into its next season, this celebration stands as a strong statement: God has been faithful, God is present, and God will continue to lead His people forward—household by household, church by church.
