August 9, 2025 — With hearts anchored in faith and hands prepared for service, the Central Luzon District and North Central Luzon District – United Methodist Youth Fellowship in the Philippines (CLD-NCLD UMYFP) conducted its second District Youth Council Meeting for the 2024–2026 biennium at Cariño United Methodist Church, Paniqui, Tarlac.
The gathering, which bore the spirit of panagsagana—was a significant moment for the youth organization as we continue to guide the transition following the division of the district into: Central Luzon District (CLD) and the North Central Luzon District (NCLD).
The event began with a powerful, spirit-led praise and worship by Cariño UMYF, setting the tone for a day of discernment and direction. Rev. Felipe Eugenio led the opening worship, grounding the council in the Word of God and the event’s central theme of readiness amd victory.
the word sagana—embodies not just the state of being prepared but the process and commitment to preparing. As the district youth council gathered, we embraced this calling to prepare intentionally—not just structurally, but spiritually and collectively.
