October 6, 2025 @ CLD District Hall – After completing 21 days of fasting and prayer, the CLD Workers held a Pre-Life Encounter Party as part of their spiritual renewal and preparation for ministry work. This event marks a significant milestone toward the full implementation of the Daliasat Flagship Program across the district.
As the first group to experience the program, the CLD Workers took the lead in understanding and practicing the process firsthand. Their involvement ensures that they are well-equipped to replicate and guide the rollout of the Daliasat Program in their respective local churches.
The District Leadership views this as an important step toward transforming the entire district into a cell-based church —one that strengthens discipleship, unity, and active participation at every level. The success of this initial implementation serves as a foundation for the district-wide execution of the Daliasat Program in the coming months.
