He was born on August 17, 1969. His Parents are Augusto T. Rosario and Leticia SuÑiga. He and his family are residing in Pance, Ramos, Tarlac.
He graduated Master of Divinity in 2000 at Wesley Divinity School in W-UP, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
Rev. Rosario is married to Leslie Villanueva Diaz, a native of Gerona, Tarlac. They are blessed with four Children – The Eldest is Jedidiah, a Civil Engineer by Profession. The Second is Jireh, a Senior High School student, Grade 12. The third is the only lady, Hodijah, a Senior High School Grade 11 student. And the Youngest is Yedah, a Grade Six student.
