
This afternoon, September 21, 2025 at Colibangbang UMC – The UMM and WSCS of CLD and NCLD gathered for a Leadership Training. The two districts are in its transition, so, this gathering was successfully held, bringing together leaders and members for a time of fellowship, devotion, and organizational strengthening.

The program began at 1:00 PM with arrival and registration, ably facilitated by Sis. Diosalinda R. Gregorio and Bro. Arturo Tolentino, who warmly welcomed participants and ensured a smooth start.

At 1:31 PM, the group entered into a spirit-filled devotion led by Rev. Esteban Cariaga Jr., who shared God’s Word and inspired everyone to be steadfast in their calling.
The session continued with the roll call at 2:31 PM, overseen by Sis. Nieves Carvajal and Bro. Efren Facun, affirming the strong attendance and participation of the members.
One of the highlights of the afternoon was the presentation of job descriptions and the constitution & by-laws, which ran from 2:46 to 4:15 PM. DS Rev. Augusto S. Rosario Jr. (representing WSCS) and Rev. Nazareno Dela Cruz (representing UMM) gave clear guidance and explanations, equipping the participants with a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities within the organization.

Afterwards, an open forum took place from 4:16 to 4:31 PM, moderated by Sis. Grace Misarcia. This provided an avenue for participants to clarify concerns, share insights, and contribute to the growth of the district.
The program concluded with closing remarks, hymn, prayer, and benediction at 4:31 PM, led by DS Rev. Esrom S. Sales, who encouraged everyone to carry forward the spirit of unity and commitment as they return to their respective local churches.

A special reminder was given regarding the payment of district quota per local and annual dues of 150 per member, ensuring the sustainability of future activities.
Overall, the program was a blessed success—well-organized, purposeful, and deeply encouraging for all who attended. It strengthened fellowship, clarified responsibilities, and renewed dedication to service.
